General: At the time of your booking, all costs, itinerary details and accommodation information was correct. However, these can be subject to alteration, sometimes without notice.

Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 20% is required within 14 days of initial tentative booking to confirm your seat. Spirit Australia Cruises reserves the right to re-allocate the space at it's discretion if not confirmed.

Payment of Account: Final payment must be received 30 days prior to the cruise departing.

Insurance: Spirit Australia Cruises maintains public liability, and takes all necessary and due care, but indemnify themselves in accepting responsibility against injury, damage or loss arising out of associated venues.

Cancellation: In the event that a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure – $100pp.

Cancellation more than 7 days before departure – $50% of total cost.

Cancellation less than 7 days before departure – 80% of total cost.

Cancellation on the day of departure – $100% of total cost.
